We are the contract manufacturer for Tupperware in India since 2001 till date. We have vast experience in injection molded plastics and specialized in processing of all grades of PP, PC, PE, Nylon and ABS.

The promoters of the company were the sole distributors of most reputed product range of VIP, Aristocrat, Encore, Maharaja Mixers, Bush T.Vs, Onida TVs, Supreme, Polyset, Nilkamal, Liberty shoes, Unitex & Libra carpets, Neeta Office furniture etc during 80s and 90s.

i) Prasad Garapati – Chief Promoter, Chairman & Whole Time Director

He has established successful business ventures in diversified sectors such as Manufacturing of Plastics, Manufacturing of LT & HT cables, IT Services & Solutions and Tele-films. He is well traveled and is actively associated with NRIs’ from USA and GULF countries. He is TANA (Telugu Association of Northern America) India co-ordinator for the last four conferences. He is also the Vice Chairman for Telugu Times Inc.

In 1983, he started Innovations Showrooms Pvt. Ltd., to market the consumer durables; for over one and half decades Innovations has a mark for itself as Andhra Pradesh’s most successful distributor through a 200 strong dealer network. In 1994, Prasad as a chief promoter floated a public limited company Innocorp Limited with a main objective of setting up a production unit for manufacture of Injection Plastic Moulded Products. Thereafter Innocorp Ltd diversified into IT Services, Manufacturing of LT & HT Cables and Tele-films. He is also the Vice Chairman of ELECTRONICS AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL.

ii) Lakshmi VVV Garapati – Managing Director

She is a BA Graduate having experience of more than three decades in Finance and Administration Management. She looks after the day-to-day operations at the factory controlling the areas relating to production and dispatches of goods.

iii) Venu Garapati – Director

Venu comes with rich accounting and finance expertise with key focus on debt syndication proposals, financial reporting, KRA definitions and accounting standards. He has an undergraduate major in commerce and post-graduation in Financial Economics from University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. He was earlier associated with Deloitte Consulting at Hyderabad in the research & innovation team, where he led creation and dissemination of a monthly financial metrics dashboard of IMOS for the US markets.

iv) Sahu Garapati – CFO

He is an Engineering Graduate with an MBA in marketing & operations from S.P. Jain Institute of Management, and is the person behind the production facilities in Innocorp.

v) Neralla Seshagiri Rao – Independent Director

Holds a post graduate degree in Physics from Berhampur University, Orissa. He brings with him over 35 years of extensive experience in the banking sector. He began his career in 1985 as a Probationary Officer with State Bank of Travancore, where he served until 1996. He subsequently worked with IndusInd Bank from 1996 to 2001.

vi) Alapati Venkata Narasimha Rao – Independent Director

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Nanakram Bhagwandas Science College, Hyderabad. He has over three decades of entrepreneurial experience spanning diverse domains, including marketing, trading of consumer goods, administration, human resources, and general management functions.

vii) Naga Mohan Babu Mangalapurapu – Independent Director

Seasoned professional with expertise in Management and Finance, bringing strategic insight, governance acumen, and financial stewardship to board leadership. Committed to strengthening compliance, transparency, and sustainable growth.

Note:

Innocorp with its Plastic Division and trading are well equipped to carry out all the tests on the incoming material, material in process and on finished products of its manufacturing divisions. In the final testing stage, Company can carry out Routine, Acceptance and Type tests in accordance with the stated requirements of a particular standard

The facility is well equipped and calibrated to test equipment with duly laid down manuals to ensure that only the best material passes out from the gates of its factory.
